The God Illusion
"I hate how Christians think they’re the only ones who have the truth"
"People say ‘God is love’ but how can you look at the world God made and believe that?"
These are just a couple of things that you’re likely to hear around campus on any given day.
Lots could be said in response.
But over the next few weeks we want to do some listening. We want to hear from people on campus what objections they have to God – even ones that are illusions of the true God.
Over the next few weeks we're going to be running a number of events on the Theme "The God Illusion". Including:
God Illusion Table
Outside the library, in Tues & Wed week 2 and Mon-Thurs week 3 from 10:30am-3:30pm, we'll have a table set up outside the library where people can voice their opinions finishing the sentence "My objection with Christianity is..."
